I usually only let myself weave towels once a year. Why? you ask? because I love to give them as gifts, because they make a great sample for large projects, but mainly because if I'm weaving towels, I'm not off the beaten path and trying something new.

My answer was to create an annual series, that I get to share with you and inspire you.

Towels are a great way to start weaving with cotton. Its forgiving, but also helps you to understand how cotton plays with the loom.

For the 2023 series and also the 2024 series, I failed to stick to my time goals! the 2025 series (when it comes) will need some careful planning.

However, I'm thrilled with this set of towels. All Colour and Weave, 8/4 cotton, large and super squishy and absorbent. All easily achievable for all skill levels. I will link the play list HERE, and the patterns will be written and available to download in my shop.

Let me know what you think!
